First Candle is a national nonprofit health organization uniting parents, caregivers and researchers nationwide with government, business and community service groups to advance infant health and survival.  With help from a national network of member and partner organizations, we are working to increase public participation and support in the fight against infant mortality.

Since 1985, K.I.D.S. had distributed more than $50 million worth of new products annually to approximately 4 million children and families. K.I.D.S. has fulfilled its promise of bringing smiles to over 60 million children in need by distributing over a half-billion dollars worth of new merchandise while keeping overhead costs under three percent. More than $40 million worth of new products go to approximately 4 million children and families every year. www.kidsdonations.org

Safe Kids Cobb County was created in 1995 by its lead agencies—WellStar Health System and Cobb & Douglas Public Health. Since then the coalition has grown to include representatives from community, government, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations. www.safekidscobbcounty.org
